At the heart of our Michelin-star rated kitchen are the pure tastes of the daily fresh island produce. Chef de cuisine Jef Schuur combines his love for the island’s local produce with the inspiration he gets from his gastronomic travels abroad.

SVH-master hostess and sommelier Nadine has built up her beautiful wine collection so that it perfectly matches Jef’s cooking-style. Besides its considerable depth, there are many surprising wine-food combinations to discover. Have a look at the wine list. (year and stock subject to change)

Local ingredients such as fish, seafood from the Wadden Sea and North Sea, together with our own vegetables from the garden and Texel lamb form the basis for the various dishes on the menu.

For (small) groups we serve our ALL-IN Local meets Cosmopolitan menu, including reception with a glass of champagne, amuses, wine pairing, table water and coffee with friandises. The price for this menu is € 315,- p.p.


LUNCH

In the months of July and August we also serve lunch on Saturday afternoons.
